Hello everyone! My name is Arina and I am an English, French , Russian and Spanish Teacher. I was born in Russia, but now I live in Argentina. I am studying for a degree in English pedagogy at UMSA, Buenos Aires. My main hobbies are traveling, watching movies, reading books (I have to admit, I'm a huge bookworm!), and teaching foreign languages! Even back in school, I realized how cool it was to share knowledge and be a guide to other cultures. I continue to study other languages myself because it's so interesting!
I have 3 years of experience in teaching both children and adults. I have taken qualification courses and attended webinars for teachers (Linguist International House, AITEFL, Bridge TESOL, etc.). Additionally, I am a certified French as a Foreign Language (FLE) teacher through the "MOOC Cavilam Alliance Française" in Vichy, France. I teach English and French using mainly communicative and student-centered approaches. In my work, I choose a textbook that suits your level/age/goals as a base and customize it according to your needs, such as improving your language level, correcting pronunciation, expanding your vocabulary, speaking more freely and confidently. I also write down all my advice and your mistakes during the lessons in a separate file and send it to you after the lesson so that you can clearly see which areas you need to focus on. Moreover, I enjoy using interactive games in class so that we can have fun together!
I invite you to join my first lesson, where we can get to know each other, discuss your interests, find the best way to learn the material, and work at a pace that suits you.
